This Payment Policy describes how fees are collected, installment options available, and our billing practices at R.S Group of Education.

3. Installment Plans

We offer easy EMI / installment options for courses above ₹5,000:

  • 2 Installments: 60% at enrollment + 40% by month 2 (no extra charge).
  • 3 Installments: Available for courses ≥ ₹8,000. First 40%, then two equal parts.
  • Installment defaults may result in temporary suspension of portal access until cleared.

5. Receipts & Invoices

  • Official receipts are issued for all payments within 24 hours.
  • Digital receipts are sent via WhatsApp or email.
  • Always obtain a receipt before leaving the office in case of cash payments.

6. Late Payment

  • A grace period of 5 days is allowed for installment due dates.
  • After 5 days, a late fee of ₹100/week may be applicable.
  • Consistent defaults may result in course suspension or enrollment cancellation.
