1. General
- These terms apply to all students, job seekers, coordinators, and visitors.
- R.S Group of Education reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
2. Enrollment & Admission
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the full course fee or as per the agreed installment plan.
- The organization reserves the right to cancel admission if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.
- Course schedules, fees, and curriculum may be revised at the organization's discretion.
- Students are expected to maintain at least 75% attendance. Below this, certification may be withheld.
3. Fees & Payment
- All fees must be paid before the course commencement or as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
- Late payment may result in suspension of portal access or course participation.
- Receipts will be provided for all payments made.
4. Placement Services
- Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee employment.
- Job seekers must maintain an updated profile and respond promptly to placement communications.
- R.S Group is not liable for employment terms, salary, or working conditions offered by partner companies.
5. Student Conduct
- Students must treat staff, trainers, and fellow students with respect.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or damage to property may lead to immediate expulsion without refund.
- Mobile phones must be on silent during class hours.
- Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, presentations, and website content are the intellectual property of R.S Group of Education. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
R.S Group of Education is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment, missed opportunities, or data loss.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.
