At R.S Group of Education, we believe in transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling. By paying fees, you acknowledge understanding of these terms.
1. Refund Schedule

| Within 7 days of course start | 50% | 50% retained |
| 8–15 days after start | 25% | 75% retained |
| After 15 days | 0% | No refund |
2. Non-Refundable Fees
- Registration / Enrollment fee (₹200–₹500) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Examination and certification fees once paid to the certifying body.
- Placement service fee, if placement has already been initiated.
- Fees for Government scheme batches (PMKVY, NULM) – these are fully subsidized or free.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a written refund request via email to accounts@rsgroupeducation.in with your enrollment ID and reason.
- Alternatively, visit our office in person with your fee receipt.
- Refund requests must be made by the enrolled student only.
4. Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 working days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (cash/UPI/bank transfer).
5. Course Cancellation by R.S Group
In the rare event that we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure:
- Full fee refund will be issued within 7 working days.
- Students may be offered an alternative course of equivalent value as a free transfer.
6. Medical / Emergency Cases
In cases of medical emergency, death in family, or other genuine hardships, special refund consideration may be given at the management's discretion. Appropriate documentation will be required.
